What a hidden gem for a coffee and a cake in Vienna!
The views are spectacular over the city, and the food and drink (we had an apple strudel, a coffee and a tea) is tasty, reasonably priced, and fresh. Not ‘haute couture’ but if you’re looking for somewhere away from the crowds with an unbeatable view and tasty treats, head here!
Heads up that the staff don’t speak English (which meant we couldn’t decipher what savoury food was on offer that day) but others seemed to enjoy their main meals just as much as we enjoyed our dessert!
And there’s the added bonus that you get to pass through a beautiful hall on your way up to the cafe for some fab photos too!
Wonderful view! That is wy it is worth to be there. Meals and coffe are quie good.
Unless you look like an influencer they don't let you in apparently.
Also, don't think of coming here with a bag (whether it is laptop, groceries or gym), they only let you in if your bag is a small size and u have only the strictly necessary stuff with u.
I will definitely not try to come here again and suggest people to go to other roof top terraces for the same view.

Hearty food with amazing city views. The food at Justizcafe is simple but hearty. Great place for a lunch break with the locals. We had the Wiener schnitzel, the brocoli soup and an apple strudel. Very good value for money I highly recommended it.
In a word: FANTASTIC! This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the Ministry of Justice, it's a cafeteria unknown to most. The view here is unmatched, and their food and drinks are impressive. You can spend a delightful time here, basking in the stunning view of Vienna.
You often read about hidden gems, and then it isn’t really. But this is the real deal! Check out the amazing front hall, then grab the elevator to the fifth floor for a really delicious and inexpensive lunch! Get there early to avoid dishes being sold out
First of all, wonderful view from the terrace. I really appreciated that it is open even in the winter months, when there are no tables/chairs, so you can enjoy the view without eating anything. Regarding the menu, food prices are adequate, but beverages are in general overpriced. When going there, use the opportunity and walk through the Palace of Justice, it is definitely worth it.
